Good stayer and no doubt the stable will have him top notch for this. CARINI (17) is a promising stayer who proved too strong over 1700m second up. Quickly up in trip but his French form suggests it will suit and he can measure up strongly. ALASKAN GOD (10) might be the best value. He's run on well at all starts this time in, grabbing third at Caulfield last time out. Better suited again here, should run a peak. INTERPRETATION (14) was tracking along nicely before last start when struggling. Can bounce back but take on trust.
