SPACEWALK (1) is a good sprinter who drops back quickly from the 1200m having won the G3 Rising Fast Stakes on Derby Day. Rates highly in this, will be very hard to hold out. CANNONBALL (2) comes back to Australia having run in the big G1 sprints at Royal Ascot, outclassed in both. This is his sort of level however and 1000m suits. Has won both trials leading in, expect he runs a big race here. ATHELRIC (3) has tackled two very strong races this time in. He's much better suited dropping to 1000m here and he should run a much improved race. GENERATION (6) struggles to win but isn't going badly and should be thereabouts again. ASHFORD STREET (4) was a strong winner with 60kg last start who likes this trip and can get into the minor money.

The run before that 2nd in a small field at Caulfield in the G2 Caul Sprint on October 21 over 1000m, head behind Doull with 53kg at $2.60. Rates very highly.
Group 1 placegetter. Entire returning from a spell and has won previously when first up. Finished off last campaign failed to finish at Ascot in the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes June 24 over 1207m. First up last campaign ran last of 17 at Ascot in the G1 King's Stand Stakes June 20 over 1005m, 11 len behind Bradsell carrying 60.5kg at $29. Has won both trials leading in for his Australian return and should take beating.

Second run from a spell raced behind the speed prior to fading second last of 8 at Randwick in the G2 Premiere on September 30 over 1200m, 5 len behind Think About It carrying 58.5kg at $41. This is much easier and the 1000m suits.
