The 1000m win prior stands up. Blinkers go on to ZOU SENSATION (9) who was no match in the Danehill but will find this much easier and the run prior stands out as a strong piece of form. Pattern was against SHALAMAN (2) last time but he had been terrific prior to that and can bounce back. Similarly, CROSSWINDS (1) can do better this time. Freshened after an even effort in a hot race at the start of the spring. KIN (17) and SELOUS (15) are other likely types in a race that runs deep.

Harder here but can't dismiss entirely after latest win. On Sep 17 was 1st 1.5L, Kiki Express at Morphettville (3YB-68) 1050m. Before that looked good when he finished 2nd 1L, Merry Mac Boy at Morphettville Parks (3YB-68) 1250m. Comes in well.
Was a decisive last start winner at this distance and should be suited again. Most recently he finished 1st 4L, Licorice Prince at Pakenham Synthetic (BM-64) 1000m. Two back good run when he finished 2nd 0.8L, La Danseuse Rouge at Sandown-Hillside (3YB-64) 1000m when favourite. Top hope this race.
